Didnt seem to do anything. Was told i was getting an oil change and def top off and tire rotation. Definitely didnt get an oil change or def top off. Cant tell if the tires were even rotated. Drove an hour and a half for this for nothing.

Brought truck in for brake check, brakes excessively noisy when applied. Tech found a different issue for repair and apparently ignored initial complaint regarding brakes. Multi point inspection check list completed by tech indicated all brakes were at 8mm wear and all tires inflated to factory PSI. Drove vehicle home, brake noise was still present, on board tire pressure monitor found pressures not even close to the inspection claim, causing me to suspect that the brake and pressure information was a result of computer "auto fill" and the inspections were not done. Returned vehicle for brake inspection as first requested. Secondary inspection by different tech found severely scored brake rotors and played out pads....eventually properly diagnosed and repaired.

I brought my truck in 3 times. Was told they couldn’t find the issue. On the third visit they finally said they can feel what I was talking about and would keep it to repair. That was November 3. I picked it back up March 17 after almost 5 months. It had new scratches, faded black plastic on one side and the battery was low and my tires were all low. They put air in the tires and said it was just from sitting and charged the battery. They also rebuilt the transmission after telling me they were ordering a new one. I had to go back two days later because my tires were low again and needed to get air in them I have had to fill them with air a few times and took it into big o tires to have two nails removed and was told it looked like my tires were rotting from sitting in the elements most likely from the almost 5 months in your care outside in the elements. Within a week of driving my truck I was feeling weird shifting from it again. I brought it back in after almost getting in a car accident when my truck failed to shift on time. I brought it back they kept it for the day and said they test drove it and could not find an issue and told me to bring it back if it is more consistent. I have not been happy with any of this. I’m about 4K miles from the 60k warranty being up and I’m afraid it won’t be covered and I don’t have the money to fix it let alone buy new tires because they need to be replaced.

I took my vehicle in regards to a recall on the air bags. I did not notice the service air bag message when I left the lot. As I got on the freeway, it said Service air bag. I called and Zoe said the wells were full and couldn't get to it today. So now I have to take it back in possibly next week or so to get it checked.
