Unfortunately our service was not good, the person who helped us, Jacob, told us he was going to call us when the part for our car was ready to be installed. We waited 2 weeks and I had to call the service department, left several messages and NEVER received a call back. I had to go in person to the dealership to find out what happened and no one knew anything, the part was never ordered. While Zoe had to take care of this, I was told to wait in the waiting room, after 30min I had to go back and ask Zoe what happened, because she never came back to look for me to give me an update. After ordering the part and installing it, we found out that there was another part missing that needed to be replaced (originally I showed the picture to Zoe so she knew what I was talking about) so since they never looked at it when we went to the first appointment (we told Jacob about it) now we have to wait longer. Now it���s snowing we still have not received a callback of when the part will be here. So, no, I am not happy with customer service, the lack of communication is terrible. I felt like is just a service get my money and that is it. I don���t think I would want to buy a car from this dealership. I will give credits to Zoe, for being nice and understanding. She was not the one who helped us originally but ended up taking our situation and helped us.

I was bringing car to Collision Center to repair damage in accident. Evaluation done prior week. On the day car was to be brought in to repair I was told on arrival that Collision Center was being shut down and they could not repair the car. Jeff explained why and called our insurance contact to explain and gave me info and some referrals.

My engine light came on for my vehicle and the service manager took me in right away to check the diagnostic code. He was able to get my vehicle scheduled right away and the service department completed the repair within a few days. I really appreciated the quick turnaround time! Thank you!

Zoey was phenomenal and she was able to schedule our appointment and get our vehicle serviced in a timely manner! Mindy was also very helpful on locating our warranty to help with the issue to be serviced which saved us some money. It was great working with Chevy Flagstaff!

I asked for the mechanic to look at a line that either broke or came off my DEF fill tube assembly in addition to a check engine light. The tech told the service writer a line came off and they put it back on. The line was never fixed and was the exact same as it was when I brought it in. I had to bring it in a second time, physically point out the line which was noticeable if he had truly looked at the tube. The tech clearly lied. However the service writer, Zoe, was super professional and accommodating getting it back in. Your technician can learn from Zoe.

Arrived at 740am for an 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 3 hours to complete while I waited. If that is what a VIP customer gets that is pretty bad. I guess you don���t have to care when you are the only game in town. Do better, don���t over book appointments if you can���t handle the work load.

I've spent thousands of dollars and my truck has been in your shop 5 different times (several weeks and even MONTHS at a time). I picked it up the other day AND IT STILL HAS PROBLEMS! One issue (transmission overheat warning and gauge malfunction) seems to have been resolved after multiple diagnostic charges and replacement of parts that were apparently not at fault. There was a second problem that I reported at the same time (engine overheat warning and gauge malfunction) that is still not repaired.

You had me waiting for 3 hours for an oil change ��� not one time did you bother I���m to inform me what the hold up was��� you did tell me that it would take about 1 1/2 hour wait ��� but that did not happen
