Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my truck in 3 times. Was told they couldn’t find the issue. On the third visit they finally said they can feel what I was talking about and would keep it to repair. That was November 3. I picked it back up March 17 after almost 5 months. It had new scratches, faded black plastic on one side and the battery was low and my tires were all low. They put air in the tires and said it was just from sitting and charged the battery. They also rebuilt the transmission after telling me they were ordering a new one. I had to go back two days later because my tires were low again and needed to get air in them I have had to fill them with air a few times and took it into big o tires to have two nails removed and was told it looked like my tires were rotting from sitting in the elements most likely from the almost 5 months in your care outside in the elements. Within a week of driving my truck I was feeling weird shifting from it again. I brought it back in after almost getting in a car accident when my truck failed to shift on time. I brought it back they kept it for the day and said they test drove it and could not find an issue and told me to bring it back if it is more consistent. I have not been happy with any of this. I’m about 4K miles from the 60k warranty being up and I’m afraid it won’t be covered and I don’t have the money to fix it let alone buy new tires because they need to be replaced.
