I took my vehicle in regards to a recall on the air bags. I did not notice the service air bag message when I left the lot. As I got on the freeway, it said Service air bag. I called and Zoe said the wells were full and couldn't get to it today. So now I have to take it back in possibly next week or so to get it checked.

I made an appointment via the MyChevrolet app, but it seems some technical difficulties through the app prevented me from actually making an appointment. So I showed up thinking I had one. Luckily, the advisor I spoke with was able to get me in. I just needed an oil change so not too big a deal. But they completed the oil change quickly and applied a coupon to save me money on my oil change. Thank you for all you do!!!

Had my truck towed to Flagstaff Chevrolet as it would not start anymore. They took a look at it, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed within a few business days. They also took care of any recalls they vehicle had as well. Overall it was good. My truck is now running smoothly.

Tell you one thing and change on contract. You can't work taking ten dollars off monthly payment. Surprised to see GM would finance me at 29% APR. Will retire will large monthly payment. Front desk clerk need to be more polite.

I dropped off my vehicle (2019 Chevy Equinox) to get an oil change and multi point inspection (both were due according ot the Chevy app when i made the appointment). I drop the vehicle off at 11am and tell them I have to go back to work and for them to call me when my vehicle is ready. I don't hear anything from them until I call them around 2:30pm (so 3.5 hours later) and they tell me "oh, your car's been ready for a while, I called you a couple times in the waiting room but you never came back" even after I told them I wasn't staying in the waiting room. I get the print out of the multi-point inspection and it says both of my turn signals are fully functional. This is bogus, my right turn signal has been doing the super fast clicking sound when there's usually a short in it. But they have it checked off below as fully functioning. What's the point of getting a multi-point inspection, if you're not actually going to inspect it? IDK what it is, but the service dept at this dealership has been really slipping the past few years. Seriously going to start looking at alternatives for the future
