Arrived at 740am for an 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 3 hours to complete while I waited. If that is what a VIP customer gets that is pretty bad. I guess you don���t have to care when you are the only game in town. Do better, don���t over book appointments if you can���t handle the work load.

I've spent thousands of dollars and my truck has been in your shop 5 different times (several weeks and even MONTHS at a time). I picked it up the other day AND IT STILL HAS PROBLEMS! One issue (transmission overheat warning and gauge malfunction) seems to have been resolved after multiple diagnostic charges and replacement of parts that were apparently not at fault. There was a second problem that I reported at the same time (engine overheat warning and gauge malfunction) that is still not repaired.

You had me waiting for 3 hours for an oil change ��� not one time did you bother I���m to inform me what the hold up was��� you did tell me that it would take about 1 1/2 hour wait ��� but that did not happen

I came in for my 2 pm appt, arrived at 1:50. Waited and no one came out to help. A sales guy finally went to see where the intake people were. All desks empty, finally was helped. Was told it would be an hour to hour and half. Told them I would wait in sales lobby. The lady was very nice and kept me in touch with the progress of my truck. I finally left there at 4:35. None of the this was her fault and she was very pleasant. You need to fix your scheduling. That is way too long for an oil change. And the lobby was a mess, trash over flowing, needed to be tended to through the day

I bought a used 2014 Corvette in 2015 and started bringing it to Flagstaff Chevy for service. I felt like a highly regarded customer, and after ordering a 2022 Corvette from them, I've seen no reason to go anywhere else.

We took our truck in for service for an overheating issue , oil change. The truck sat for a day before any work was started. I tried numerous times to contact the service advisor, Dutch by telephone and the phone was not answered. The oil change was not performed on the truck. We were overcharged almost $200 for parts that I had supplied. This is the most unsatisfactory experience I have had with the service department. The staff did not seem to want to provide a positive service environment.

1st off I did not have a vehicle serviced on 9/10/24. My last service was for a fuel filter change and oil change on my 2005 Silverado. That was on 8/19/24. Was there at 745 for an 800 appointment. Truck was not ready until after 1030 and that was without the truck being washed. Way too long for such a simple service especially when I had an appointment. 2 1/2 hours of waiting for a simple service.
