Everyone at Chevy dealership is friendly and knowledgeable about their service, my car runs smoothly, they installed two front struts on tie rod and tire balancing, thank you Chevy,

Not sure why a simple oil change takes 2 hours but for the 3rd time in a row it did. Car was brought in at 745 for an 800 appointment for only an oil change. Was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Finally at 930 the car wash technician saw me and said my car was washed and had been ready for 45 minutes. When I asked the service advisor why I had not been notified since I was waiting in the showroom, he said he didn't know why I hadn't been called. Also $95 for an oil change?? Get real. This is the last dealer oil change I will do here. Dealership has dropped their on-line SAVE10 10 % discount on parts and labor. They give a 1st responder discount, but nothing for military or veteran. Service Advisor said there were no discounts available not even for 30+ year loyal customers. Quality in service department has declined tremendously. In addition, dealership has shuttered its body shop forcing customers to go elsewhere for any body work.

My tech was not friendly at all. They were also supposed to rotate my tires and never did

greeted immediately when i pulled up and got taken care of. Took a little longer than I expected, came for oil change & tire rotation. Received a call that the technician said the cabin & air filter needed to be replaced. They also found a nail in a tire, which I was totally unaware of.

The sells person was very helpful. The finance manager was very helpful, he search for the best deal that fit my budget and lows monthly payment on a new silverado and Colorado pickup trucks.

AI appointment was interesting and easy to use. Appointment for an oil change did not take long.

I brought my truck in for a recall and when I came back to pick it up 2 hrs later they hadn't even started the work.

Zoe was excellent with her communication and clarity. She walked me through the entire process in advance and then the service matched what she described. She's great and so was Thelma in the shuttle. These ladies are why I keep coming back.

I was booked for oil change through AI again and couldn't get to a live person at the service department to confirm. I wanted to confirm because my last appointment before was very unsatisfactory. So I had to go through one of the car salesmen to get verified for me. The AI system is very poor and I heard other customers talking about it and complaining of the AI and not happy about it. I recommended all calls should go back to a live service pesron for making appointappointments before it's to late.

The staff that was involved with my purchase was amazing.

Scheduling took forever, part wasn���t on sight and had to be ordered, service was done a few months ago on the same issue and it broke again.

Everything went as they said and they even found a recall for my seat heaters which makes me super happy!!
