The overall experience was excellent!! I initially went in for an oil change and started chatting with Mr. D. Smith, I explained to him the worse experience i had with Chapman Tempe and he quickly apologized for their bad customer service. Right away he was willing to help me get into a vehicle that I could be proud and content with. At first I was hesitant but he had spoken to his manager who came out in person to shake my hand and apologized for Chapman's unprofessionalism. They both ran some numbers on an amazing vehicle, it was basically an even trade. I am so pleased with their service and commitment to going over and beyond great and excellent customer service. THANK YOU!! Also, this time the finance manager shook my hand, congratulated me on my purchase and had a smile unlike Chapman Tempe where he was angry, no smile and didn't shake my hand.
