Scheduling took forever, part wasn���t on sight and had to be ordered, service was done a few months ago on the same issue and it broke again.

Everything went as they said and they even found a recall for my seat heaters which makes me super happy!!

2007 Tahoe needed battery system charging serviced (replaced with a rebuilt alternator); also serviced an oil leak. Other minor fluid levels and spark plugs replaced. Service advisor was very helpful in explaining details and provided a timely response and finished all service needs in one day. Thanks!

The automated (AI) system gave me an appointment that was not available and the customer service in the service apartment was not what I have been getting for the past 23+ years

Unfortunately our service was not good, the person who helped us, Jacob, told us he was going to call us when the part for our car was ready to be installed. We waited 2 weeks and I had to call the service department, left several messages and NEVER received a call back. I had to go in person to the dealership to find out what happened and no one knew anything, the part was never ordered. While Zoe had to take care of this, I was told to wait in the waiting room, after 30min I had to go back and ask Zoe what happened, because she never came back to look for me to give me an update. After ordering the part and installing it, we found out that there was another part missing that needed to be replaced (originally I showed the picture to Zoe so she knew what I was talking about) so since they never looked at it when we went to the first appointment (we told Jacob about it) now we have to wait longer. Now it���s snowing we still have not received a callback of when the part will be here. So, no, I am not happy with customer service, the lack of communication is terrible. I felt like is just a service get my money and that is it. I don���t think I would want to buy a car from this dealership. I will give credits to Zoe, for being nice and understanding. She was not the one who helped us originally but ended up taking our situation and helped us.

The customer service was great, but my vehicle issue was not resolved. The noise in the under carriage is still making noise.

And they washed my truck along with fixing the recall on the tailgate and oil change. Excellent service.

I was bringing car to Collision Center to repair damage in accident. Evaluation done prior week. On the day car was to be brought in to repair I was told on arrival that Collision Center was being shut down and they could not repair the car. Jeff explained why and called our insurance contact to explain and gave me info and some referrals.
